Managing conflict:

We all have conflict in our lives - it is unavoidable. In this segment, Jeri will discuss conflict management techniques that assist in resolving differences. She will discuss how to prepare for and participate in a difficult conversation and how to use communication skills to resolve conflict. Lastly, she will discuss how to bridge the gap between people.

Enhance Professional Image:

Your appearance is your loudest voice, the first and sometimes only thing others will remember about you. Image consultant Anne Morgan will demonstrate how to make a great first impression, a professional image that suits your individual look.
